Wilderness Therapy

Since 1984, we have been running programs for adolescents in outdoor settings. Some of our programs are partial-day programs for adolescents and/or families. Others have been in the form of challenge activities in a group setting over the span of many months – for example, one afternoon a week during the winter and spring, culminating in a group trip.

Other programs that we’ve run are summer programs for adolescents in counseling. Our trips are multi-element  in that they utilize a number of different challenge activities: challenge courses, river kayaking, sea kayaking, backpacking, canoeing, or bicycling.
