WTP is a component of Lifespan Counseling Associates, a multidisciplinary practice of psychologists, social workers and counselors. We provide psychological services that cover the lifespan, and include assessments, therapy, consultations to organizations, schools, courts, and the medical community. The Director of WTP, Dene Berman, Ph.D., is a Wilderness Education Association Certification Instructor and Certified Outdoor Leader, he is an Instructor for the American Canoe Association in Sea Kayaking, River Kayaking, and Canoeing. Dene is the Secretary, and a past- President, of the Board of Trustees of the Wilderness Education Association. He is the past Chair of the Therapeutic Adventure Professional Group of the Association for Experiential Education. The Wilderness Therapy Program is an Accredited Affiliate of the Wilderness Education Association.
